Policies

Deposits

All clients will be required to pay a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking excluding weddings. In the event of needing to reschedule, your deposit will be transferrable once. Full payment will be required before services begin.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for sessions located more than 30 miles outside of our base location (Charlotte, NC). These fees help cover additional time and travel required to reach your destination.

Late Policy

All clients are expected to arrive to their session on time and ready to shoot. Tardiness may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations

All clients are expected to provide at least a 72 hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their photoshoot. In the event that a client does not provide the appropriate notice, the original deposit will not be transferrable and a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required.
